1. The Engagement
WebHandoff ("we", "us") serves as a rapid-delivery architectural firm. We do not rent websites; we manufacture them. By initiating a build protocol, you are commissioning the construction of a digital asset.
2. Rights & Intellectual Property
The "Zero-Rent" Clause: Upon final handoff, the Client receives 100% intellectual property rights to the specific instance of the website. You own the code, the text, the images, and the hosting account.
We act as the architect. Once the keys are handed over, we have no right to shut down your site, hold it hostage, or demand future payments.
3. Payment Structure
Services are billed as a transparent One-Time Fee.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the initial build preview, you may request a full refund.
- Final Handoff: Refund eligibility ends once the source code is transferred or the domain is connected.
4. Limitation of Liability
WebHandoff is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of your site. Our liability is strictly limited to the fee paid for the service.
